A facilitator identifies the stresses and the associated weaknesses that need further attention.

The self -awareness itself is powerful in bringing realisations and light bulb moments of clarity.

Why Kinesiology ?

Kinesiology uses muscles as the monitors of stress and imbalance in the body.

Muscles are weakened by negative associations or beliefs, and (perceived) negative emotions.

Muscle testing (often using client’s arm) is used to identify weaknesses, and the location of these weaknesses has meaning about the issue at hand.

Energy balancing and stress release is facilitated by body tapping. Retesting with muscle testing can then confirm the energy shift that has happened.

Results are immediate, evident and experienced by the client.
